Investing in the Next Generation

This spring, we had the privilege of welcoming A’Rondae Morris, a Nazareth Prep junior, as an intern at Intertech Ci. From the very beginning, A’Rondae demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a strong work ethic that made him a valuable addition to our team.

In our Perimeter Surveillance Unit (PSU) division, A’Rondae quickly moved from assisting with PSU builds and service to leading a key project: the creation of a comprehensive PSU database. This system is designed to improve efficiency and enhance customer support, and A’Rondae's leadership on the project has had a real impact on our operations.

A’Rondae also embraced opportunities to contribute across the company. He reconfigured laptops in IT, processed invoices in accounting, managed inventory, and supported warehouse operations. His mechanical aptitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for engineering were evident in each department he worked with.

We are proud to partner with Nazareth Prep’s Internship Program, which provides students like A’Rondae with meaningful workplace experiences all four years of high school. As a company, we are equally proud to support this initiative through the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC), which helps make these opportunities possible.

Having A’Rondae on our team reaffirmed why we invest in these partnerships. His contributions left a lasting mark on our organization, and we’re excited to see where his skills and ambition take him in the future.
